MBA
(2020-2022)
Being a part of a batch that got inducted online, peer learning seemed to be the most challenging bit. However, the infrastructure, pedagogy, and virtual events have helped me connect with the Institute and the batch. The faculties here have guided me on my summer as well as the social project. As a fresher, their inputs have been invaluable in gaining clarity on my career path. Student initiatives such as value-added workshops and competitions have benefitted me in upgrading my technical skill set and exposure. The experience at IMNU has been enriching.
MBA
(2020-2022)
Institute of Management, Nirma University played a pivotal role in transforming my technical profile to the business world by providing a curriculum with a mix of both theoretical and practical subjects with real life case discussions and continuous evaluations. The competitive environment and continuous deadlines prepared me for the real world and pushed me towards maximum potential. The faculty and peer-to-peer interactions have always motivated me to follow my passion and helped me achieve the best. Conclaves and industry-expert lectures ensure students are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and help guide students for better placement preparations.
MBA-HRM
(2020-2022)
The curriculum of the MBA-HRM programme focuses on holistic development of the students. The ield Immersion programme provided me an opportunity to work with Intas Pharmaceuticals, a renowned pharmaceutical company. The learnings from the fieldwork made me industry ready. I got an opportunity to continue my SIP training with the same company which established continuity in my learnings and helped me foster stronger association with the organisation. Moreover, the skill workshops have helped me enhance my academic knowledge and personal skills. Although the classes were conducted virtually, the faculties ensured that there was no compromise on the quality of our studies.
MBA-HRM
(2020-2022)
I had a miniature experience of the corporate world and getting admitted in the program provided immense learning of the HR domain and business in general. Workshops, seminars, guest lectures, experiential learning, practical oriented curriculum, and most important 9 weeks of fieldwork, apart from 2 months internship, provides an exhilarating journey of learning. This journey wouldn’t have been possible without the support and guidance of our faculties. Faculties are like our mentors who help us discover our true potential. IMNU is a place where transformation happens. .
